Watch: Rick Carlisle gets ejected from Game 2

Rick Carlisle was ejected from Game 2 of the Eastern Conference semifinals series between his Indiana Pacers and the New York Knicks on Wednesday night after taking issue with the officiating.

Carlisle was upset after a double-dribble call made by the officials with 1:19 left in the game was later waved off by the officials. Carlisle’s Pacers were down 124-118 at the time, and the coach couldn’t believe that the call was changed.

Carlisle was issued a technical foul for his complaining.

Then about 40 seconds later, Carlisle was called for a second technical foul and got ejected.

Carlisle had plenty of reasons to be upset. His team was called for 17 fouls compared to 14 for the Knicks, including this one:

Carlisle’s Pacers trail 2-0 in the series after losing 130-121. Game 3 will be on Friday in Indianapolis at 7 p.m. ET.
